Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple, so you cancel through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Spam Slayer → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us anyway and we will help you make the case.
Check that screening is switched on in the app and that the number on your account is the line you actually want protected. If it still is not answering, email [email protected] with the number and roughly when a call came in and we will look at the logs directly.
Yes — calls the crew handles are recorded and transcribed so you can listen back and get your rundown. Recording-consent laws vary by state and country; you are responsible for compliance where you live, and you can enable an audible recording notice in Settings. Details in the Privacy Policy.
Delete any individual recording from inside the app. For full account and data deletion, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or include your account phone number, and we will erase everything.
Add them to your shield list in the app — shielded numbers ring straight through and the crew never answers them. Telling us which number it was also helps us tune the detection.
Yes — Spam Slayer is on Google Play as well. Subscriptions purchased on one platform are billed by that platform's store; cancel where you bought it.
